       滄州益恒機械製造有限公司，位於北京以南的（de）泊頭（tóu）市，地理位置優越，交（jiāo）通便利，現在已發展成為一個地方重型機械製造中（zhōng）型企（qǐ）業（yè）。

       我公（gōng）司鑄造與機械加工為一體，始建於1985年，現已建立了從模（mó）具製造（zào）、毛坯鑄造、加（jiā）工的（de）完整生（shēng）產流程，擁有較（jiào）強的（de）技術力量（liàng），豐（fēng）富的製造經驗。公司現有職工50餘人，工程技術人（rén）員5人，占地麵積30餘畝，建築麵8000平方米。我司不斷引進（jìn）新的生產（chǎn）技術、鑄造設備、加工設備及檢測（cè）設備（bèi），提高了產品質量的穩定性和交（jiāo）期的準確性。生產設備有樹脂砂回收線、樹脂砂造型線、中（zhōng）頻熔煉電爐，還（hái）有其他輔（fǔ）助生產（chǎn）設備（bèi）若幹。加工設備有（yǒu）數控機床和普通機床若幹台。並配有一套完善的化驗檢測設備，擁有德國光譜儀、拉伸實（shí）驗機、衝擊試驗機、金（jīn）相顯微鏡、硬度機等檢測設備。

       我司可生產球墨鑄（zhù）件、灰鐵鑄件、耐熱鑄（zhù）鐵、高矽鑄鐵等各種（zhǒng）材質鑄件（jiàn）。主要產品有：機床鑄件、消（xiāo）失模鑄件、球墨鑄件、灰鐵鑄（zhù）件、礦山機（jī）械（xiè）鑄件、消防栓鑄件、泵體閥（fá）門鑄件、鑄造模具等。全（quán）部依據標準生產，其中非標產（chǎn）品依照用戶圖紙生產。經省，市計量技術監督局連續不定的抽樣檢驗，各項技術（shù）指標均達到或超（chāo）過鑒定規程（chéng）要求。被省市兩級有關部門授（shòu）予“重合同，守信譽”單位，產品銷往（wǎng）31個省（shěng）市、自治區，部分產品（pǐn）遠銷（xiāo）：美國，德國，日（rì）本，韓國等，產品深受客戶的好評。

Our company integrates casting and machining. Founded in 1985, we have established a complete production process from mold manufacturing, blank casting and processing. We have strong technical force and rich manufacturing experience. The company now has more than 50 employees and 5 engineering technicians, covering an area of more than 30 mu and a building surface of 8000 square meters.
